Dietitian, Sr. jobs in New Bedford, MA

We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a great opportunity in the Sandwich area. This is a full-time position with a fantastic company. The company offers the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week. Option for part-time hours during the off season. We have offices in Sandwich, Fairhaven and Martha's Vineyard. You are welcome to work in whichever office you prefer.

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

• Manage accounts receivable and payable process
• Journal entries
• File sales tax
• Issue 1099’s at year’s end
• Create a monthly balance sheet and income statements
• Reconcile checking accounts
• Prepare and file various government reporting
• Prepare year-end review schedules for our clients
• Various other bookkeeping and office duties

Qualifications of the Bookkeeper:

• Must have at least 3 Years prior bookkeeping experience
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other staff
• Works well in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
• Requires strong communication and reporting skills
• Experience in QuickBooks strongly desired
• Salesforce experience helpful
• Prior tax experience helpful
• Must be willing to travel to our Martha's Vineyard location at least once a week.
