We are seeking a diligent, proactive Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team in Plainview, NY. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health and reputation of our company by efficiently managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments.

Role Responsibilities :

• Manage and collect overdue accounts while maintaining a high level of customer
• Negotiate payment plans with tenants in arrears, ensuring agreements are adhered to
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection and payment

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related
• Strong understanding of billing and collections
