Description
We're seeking a passionate and self-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team to help market various services to the US, Canada, and Europe for the Caribbean and Mexico. This unique role is perfect for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to utilize their skillset to shake up the vacation and 2nd home real estate market, among other services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our platform subscription sales, closing services and digital marketing strategy, aligning with our business goal and sales objectives.
- Promote beautiful Caribbean and Mexican tropical properties to the US, Canada, and Europe.
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, social media, and display advertising) to ensure brand consistency.
- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare a budget based on forecasts.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Develop specific campaigns for real estate listings and other services to generate leads and improve sales.
Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or relevant field experience.
- Minimum three years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with international real estate trends, laws, and regulations is a strong advantage!
- Hands-on experience with real estate contracts.
- Understanding of real estate market trends and best practices.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to help people by mentoring and providing valuable services and information.
