The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert leads. This role requires expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, client onboarding, and reporting. Responsibilities:
Content and Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Content and the Headspace Media team to create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, website content, and digital advertisements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies for Headspace Media and its clients, focusing on acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Create and manage digital marketing programs across platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others, optimizing PPC, display, remarketing, and video campaigns for best results.
SEO Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking for better search engine visibility.
- Implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building, content marketing, and social media engagement to enhance domain authority.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Technical and Automation Management:
- Oversee the technical aspects and implementation of the marketing automation platform, managing nurturing campaigns and lead management processes.
- Enhance personalization and customization opportunities through workflow management.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of online marketing programs using analytics tools to understand customer audiences and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate and present web traffic and campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Client and Team Collaboration:
- Present strategies and ideas to internal and client teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
- Serve as the go-to expert for the marketing technology stack and system integrations, staying current with evolving technologies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Implement website designs and manage WordPress sites, including updates and backups.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven track record of developing and executing B2B funnel acceleration and lead nurture campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong familiarity with WordPress and website page builders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Independent worker who thrives in a collaborative team setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong copywriting ability.
- Prior knowledge and experience with SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization.
- Ability to plan and accomplish goals based on experience and judgment.
- Familiarity with a wide array of marketing and automation tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic web scripting (HTML, CSS).
- Knowledge of global compliance programs such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
