Digital Marketing Manager manages and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Manager leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Manager reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Digital Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Digital Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Gathering client information to serve as additional content topics for the following month.
    • Preparing video breakdowns of client performance on a weekly basis.
    • Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation.
    • Building out ad campaigns for clients through Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other Remarketing Tools
    • Preparing detailed reports for clients using Google Data Studio and other platforms
    • Contributing to long-form content projects such as ebooks, guides, and articles.
    • Conducting analytical projects to improve website strategies/tactics.
    • Growing website subscribers, converting visitors into leads, and expanding our client's overall reach in their respective markets.
    • Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics

     

    Position Requirements:

    • A passion and a strong determination to understand a client's needs and take actionable steps to meet those needs.
    • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale our website marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Experience with HubSpot and WordPress Preferred
    • Experience with Zapier Preferred
