Responsibilities:

• Create digital marketing assets for social, web, email and other platforms as needed
• Craft content for emails, social and blogs
• Manage existing web assets
• Maintain templates and front-end design across multiple platforms (WordPress, Shopify,HubSpot), including existing web assets (example: Koopmanlumber.com)
• Coordinate ads across platforms (Google, Video, Search, Meta Ads, Microsoft)
• Marketing/Branding email management to include content creation, automation, list curation and maintenance.
• HubSpot management, including user management, data retention, reporting, forms and form automation
• Online listing management (Google, Yelp, Microsoft Business)

Previous Experience/Necessary Skills:

• 3-5 years minimum experience designing web and digital projects
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• 2-5 years experience working in HubSpot
• Strong social media experience creating, posting, and managing brands on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. TikToK a plus
• Experience designing and reporting on performance of Hubpsot, Shopify and WordPress
• Proficient with Google’s G4 and ad platforms and Meta ad and analytics platforms
• Experience managing ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google and Bing
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a team-player mentality
• Strong project management skills necessary
• Experience with graphic design a plus
