Digital Marketing Specialist jobs in Council Bluffs, IA

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing digital marketing strategies for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be content distribution activities such as publishing blogs, setting up and scheduling emails, and managing social media posts, acting as a key player in our digital marketing team.

Your ability to create engaging content, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and quickly pivot from one client to another will be crucial in driving our clients’ marketing success. By coordinating across our team and maintaining a keen eye on digital activities across a wide variety of clients and projects, you'll help our agency deliver exceptional marketing solutions that exceed client expectations. This position reports to and works closely with our Digital Marketing Manager.

Three Crowns runs a hybrid workplace, working from our office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and remotely the rest of the week.

Content Creation and Management

• Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various digital platforms with a primary focus on social media.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visuals for social media and other digital campaigns.
• Maintain and update email lists and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics.

Content Distribution Activities

• Publish and update blog content on client websites.
• Setup, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Schedule and publish content across social media channels.

Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor and report on website traffic and other digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize campaigns.

Collaboration

• Work closely throughout our team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns on behalf of a wide variety of clients.
• Support other team members as needed and contribute to team projects and initiatives.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without loss of quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role (internships and academic projects considered).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Experience with Canva is required. Knowledge of Adobe Suite design tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Preferred)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
