Come join this supportive team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. You will design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, targeted display, YouTube, banner ads, and geofencing; you will also track the performance metrics and report them to clients. This is a full-time, permanent position based in sunny Jacksonville, FL. The chosen candidate would work onsite at company headquarters and/or client locations for the first six months of employment, then switch to a hybrid schedule with 3 days based in-office/at client locations and 2 flexible days.

Must Haves

• At least two years spent building and managing Google Ads, social media, and targeted display accounts
• Ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Strong understanding of digital production and marketing strategies
• Proven background innovating digital campaigns and providing effective service delivery
• Capacity to analyze campaign and web metrics and lead conversations about results with clients
• Ability to effectively manage our vendors who work as part of the team to deliver campaigns
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and remain functional under deadline-driven pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external audiences
• Bachelor's degree

Nice-To-Haves

• Up-to-date Google Ads or Analytics certifications
• Education in Marketing or a related field
