This Digital Marketing Lead role is based at Hinkley company headquarters in Avon Lake, OH. This position is NOT A FULLY REMOTE ROLE, it will require 3 days in office.
For the role, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in website management, Email marketing, UX, agency management, and experience with CMS management and coding. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive engagement, and brand growth across multiple brands. This position is primarily responsible for partnering with IT, the Marketing Design Team and agencies for web site maintenance and development including the overall appearance and user experience of our websites. The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for successful implementation of email campaigns, digital product catalog management, search optimization, user journey mapping and analytics measurement.
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
Website Management:
Email/1:1 Marketing: Works with Marketing Director to develop 1:1 marketing strategy. Manages the execution and measurement of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and build brand loyalty. Ensure email content is personalized, relevant, and compliant with industry regulations. Ensure the CRM system is effectively integrated with other marketing tools and that insights are regularly reported.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand websites and digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Prepare regular reports as needed to inform decision making and provide insights for continuous improvement.
