Job Summary: To successfully onboard all Digital Customers through the Warm Transfer Process by taking inbound calls from sales reps after new digital sales have been made. Provide exceptional support and initial service to customers through the initial set up call of Digital Products including, OPTIMA™, Social and CloseBy® Text Marketing.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide onboarding for all new OPTIMA™ and Social customers.
- Take inbound calls from sales reps and pull paperwork from a shared inbox after a sale is made.
- Conduct the initial OPTIMA™ onboarding call with customers in order to get their program off to an immediate and successful start.
- Register new OPTIMA™ customers into our customer management system, SugarCRM.
- Utilize GoDaddy to purchase and point domains for OPTIMA™ customers.
- Make outbound calls to customers as needed to both complete the warm transfer process and ensure receive quality content for all digital sales.
- Warm transfer new CloseBy® Text Marketing sales.
- Assist with administrative duties to support and fulfill digital customers.
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to develop better processes and systems.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
- College degree preferred, but not required. High School diploma or equivalent work experience required.

- Strong ability to work independently while keeping your manager informed.
- High energy, helpful and enthusiastic personality.
- Quick thinking with the ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of inbound calls.
- Able to maintain strong communication within a team environment.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks.
- Capable of functioning in a fast-paced, always evolving work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up capabilities.
- Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required.
Functional Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time performing computer work
