The Loss Mitigation Closing Coordinator primary responsibility for daily activities and operations within the Loss Mitigation closing team are to ensure proper servicing of delinquent investor/insurer owned residential mortgage loan products that results in reduced delinquency levels and reduced losses. This position is responsible for assisting in finalizing Loss Mitigation workout options and must ensure proper attention to detail with the ability to review various documents for accuracy. Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or a combination of education and required minimum experience in a collection call center/customer service/mortgage servicing environment.
