Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Jenks is a dynamic center for post-acute nursing and therapy stays along with a comfortable, home-like setting for long-term care. Our patients and residents enjoy interacting with young people attending the Intergenerational School housed within our walls and home to pre-K and K students – in partnership with Jenks Public Schools – each Fall and Spring. Our ideal candidate has at least two (2) years of progressive performance as an administrator and can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of census development, sound financial performance and survey compliance.

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Responsible for overall management of clinical, regulatory, administrative and financial direction of a private pay Assisted Living Memory Care.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and with accrediting organizations.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommends operational changes as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator credentialed in Oklahoma
