Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Location: This position will be in the Boise area.

    Job Summary: The Recruiter will help find talent to fill some of the company’s most important positions, including drug addiction counselors and mental health counselors. This role demands a high level of confidentiality, flexibility, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals.
    • Experience recruiting substance abuse and/or mental health counselors preferred.
    • Self-motivated and strong cold-calling skills.
    • Experience networking and recruiting on social media.
    • Professional demeanor with persistence and more persistence.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • Recruit key personnel including Therapists and Clinicians.
    • Reach out to prospects with visits, phone calls, social media and email to contact and develop relationships.
    • Attend career fairs, college recruiting events and other methods to find prospects.
    • Full cycle recruitment tasks; effectively and efficiently fill open positions and onboard new hires.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care.

    Conditions of Employment:

    If you are a self-identified person in recovery from a substance use disorder, you must have a minimum of (1) one year sobriety.

    Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check and drug screening.
