The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Department of Nursing is seeking a Discharge Nurse Clinician to perform specific tasks to assist members of the Nursing team in providing patient education and discharge planning under the supervision of the Director of Pediatric Care Coordination Division.
Percent of Time: 100%
Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F, 0730-1600
Location: Stead Family Children's Hospital (SFCH)
