We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our team as a full-time Office Manager for our Las Vegas, NV regional office.
Under minimal supervision, the Regional Office Manager is responsible for running the day to day operations of the Regional Office, including supervising and coaching Regional Administrative staff, supporting Regional Executive staff, and acting as a liaison between the Stores in the region and the Corporate Office. Provides attentive support for internal and external parties and ensures consistent, efficient operations. Performs the role in a professional, courteous, proactive, and organized manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise administrative assistants, including hiring, coaching, conducting performance reviews, setting performance goals and overseeing training and development of the administrative team
Provides administrative support of a highly complex and responsible nature to ensure efficient operation of the Region
Coordinates activities such as meetings, travel, trainings, and conferences
Delivers high quality work, effectively and efficiently, while providing exceptional customer service
Displays broad understanding of Company Culture
Implements office policies in partnership with Regional and Corporate leadership by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and implementing adjustments
Oversees event planning for regional functions and activities including but not limited to annual parties, store outings and regional picnics
Coordinates Regional Executive and employee travel
Provides excellent customer service support to external and internal customers and vendors
Contributes to Regional Office Manager meetings, activities, and initiatives
Oversee all aspects of administrative activities, projects and establish policies and procedures which ensure an effective and efficient use of administrative resources.
Represents the dept, program or project with various levels of personnel both internally & externally managing & facilitating confidential &/or critical information; responds to unanticipated & complex issues.
Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends, and strategies
Reconciliation of employee timecard information
Processes required Human Resources paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, pay increases, and other related employment matters
Prepares Human Resource / Payroll reports such as, but not limited to: timecard audits, training completions, and turnover reports
Provides administrative onboarding support for new hires, including but not limited to, drug test and background checks, ATS, and Workday
Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with professionalism
Composes, prepares, analyzes, and distributes confidential correspondence, memorandums, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as requested
Represents Company values professionally in the community and at public gatherings
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum of three years in a team leadership capacity and a minimum of five years of administrative experience in an office environment.
Advanced level computer experience, including skills in Office 365 is necessary.
This position also requires excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and be detail oriented while accurately meeting deadlines and presenting a professional demeanor.
The ideal candidate will work well independently as well as in a team.
Necessary customer service skills include the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive, friendly attitude.
Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values is key.
Outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple requests is critical.
