Discount Brokerage Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of a discount brokerage. Ensures that brokerage operations adhere to the organization's financial and business strategies. Our Role as a Surety Account Manager :
This individual will assist the Bond department in servicing bond accounts. This person will receive bond requests from clients, obtain permission from surety companies to issue, physically prepare the bond, invoice the client, and make the appropriate entries into our Agency Management systems.
Ideally, we would love to bring someone to the team who has worked in a Surety department previously, either at a carrier or at a brokerage and has a strong background in Surety. Our department is growing in revenue and we are looking for an experienced surety professional to help support our clients. This is a small department with great growth potential.
This position has flexibility pertaining to office location and could be located in our any of our offices throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Hybrid schedule is also a possibility for this position after training period.
