INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE

Inside Sales Associate for welding supply distributor.

About Us:

Sell industrial welding gases, welding supplies, and welding equipment.

Stocking Shelves and Inventory control.

Assisting customers through email, telephone, and walk-ins.

Solicit sales from new and existing customers, managing associated paperwork for future reference.

Coordinate deliveries with drivers.

Maintain showroom displays.

Foster strong customer relations, addressing inquiries and providing cost/ordering/delivery information.

Manage accounts receivable, discussing past-due accounts and collecting payments.

Data entry, Invoicing, Estimates

Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to safety and administrative procedures.

Periodically deliver products to various businesses.

Operate equipment like forklifts as required.

Support inventory management, displays, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications and Competencies:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

1 years of Customer Service or Sales experience.

Must be proficient in QuickBooks.

Prior knowledge of welding is preferred or must be willing to learn.

Industry experience or related product knowledge as well as experience handling compressed gases is preferred.

Computer experience or basic knowledge in computer order entry system.

Capable of routinely lifting 25-75 lbs.

Candidate must be able to professionally interact with customers.

Must be able to handle fast environment.

Candidate should be mechanically inclined or able to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
