Schuster Co is hiring a full time Weekend Dispatcher to work Friday 4 PM - 11 PM, Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday 7 AM - 6 PM and Monday 4 PM - 11 PM (Routinely 33 hours per weekly). Responsibilities include;

• Managing various communication and dispatch systems
• Regularly communicating and problem solving unique situations with drivers
• Assuring safe, legal, and on time delivery of freight
• Passing on needed information to other shifts and departments escalating real time information as indicated

2-3 years of fleet management or transportation experience in the trucking industry is preferred. Candidates with at least 2 years of previous management experience outside the trucking industry will also be considered. Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage in a fast paced environment is required.
