Distribution Center Supervisor supervises daily planning, organizing, and operations of a distribution center. Oversees one or more of the distribution center functions, including order processing, picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving. Balances workloads as needed to achieve production and delivery goals for each shift. Merchandising position that will require you to travel between grocery stores and merchandise our bakery products.
Zia Distribution is a local company that supplies baked goods to 10 different grocery stores in the area. From Belgrade to Livingston.
As our Livingston merchandiser, you will be assigned to a couple of stores that you will visit and re-stock and rotate our products. This is a job that requires little to no supervision so it is a relaxed environment.
You will need to be able to lift 40 lbs and have the flexibility to stock all shelves and displays (top and bottom shelves) in a grocery store. This is an early morning position. We start early, so we can have our stores ready for customers to shop. Work schedules are typically from 4:00am to 10 or noon.
You are required to drive your personal car between stores. You will be paid for time driving while working.
