Distribution Clerk, Sr. jobs in Ellicott City, MD
Distribution Clerk, Sr. performs a variety of clerical, customer service, and administrative duties to support operations of a distribution center. Monitors inventory levels to ensure sufficient levels are available to fulfill all orders. Being a Distribution Clerk, Sr. ensures that all required paperwork, including labels, packing lists, and transport instructions, is prepared. Utilizes tracking systems to input or look up information. Additionally, Distribution Clerk, Sr. complies with all OSHA and other regulations, policies, safety procedures, and documentation requirements. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Distribution Clerk, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Position Summary:
- The Distribution Clerk/ Medical Warehouse Associate performs inventories, issues equipment materials and supplies, performs data entry, and general warehouse housekeeping duties
- Working within the hospital with/ medical supplies and equipment, restocking, and working collaboratively to ensure providers have the supplies they need to provide care to patients
- Job duties affect direct patient care through the completion of tasks that allow others to provide direct care
- Customer service oriented and strong teamwork position
Shift and Pay:
Part-time, Day 7a-3:30p
Weekend work required
Pay will be approximately $15
Location: Howard County General Hospital

Education/Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent, or three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar position.
