Distribution Director manages and deploys the operational strategy, business processes, and systems for overall distribution operations, including order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation. Communicates and monitors production measurement metrics and sets performance targets at the team and individual level for all distribution-related functions that align with company objectives and are within regulatory guidelines. Being a Distribution Director utilizes data-driven analytical tools and systems to continuously monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies. Troubleshoots and resolves escalated operational issues. Additionally, Distribution Director ensures all operations adhere to industry safety protocols and comply with OSHA, DOT, or other governmental regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Distribution Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Distribution Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older, pass a background check, have reliable transportation and live within your territory boundaries. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English at the level of a college student. Be able to legally work in the United States.

    Summary

    A Brand Ambassador is the face and voice of our company. You will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at pre-approved demos and retail events.

    To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and networking skills. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Hours will vary, and weekend shifts are mandatory. As a Brand Ambassador, you are the face of the brand and the boots on the ground to tell our story and promote the company.

    This position reports to the Lead Brand Ambassador.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
    • Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
    • Building rapport with customers and vendors.
    • Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
    • Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
    • Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
    • Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
    • Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

    Supervisor Responsibilities

    Work Environment

    This position operates off-site in a variety of customer locations and routinely requires driving to, from and between sites.

    Physical Demands

    This is a moderately physically demanding position. To perform the required tasks of this position, a Brand Ambassador needs to have and/or be able to:

    • Be able to stand and/or for extended periods of time
    • Effectively and correctly communicate via speech and writing.
    • Use hand dexterity for extended periods of time
    • Be able to lift 50 pounds comfortably
    • Be able to squat, kneel, twist, and bend comfortably
    • Be able to navigate uneven terrain, such as sidewalks, parking lots and city curbs

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

    Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
