Dearborn Heights is a city in Wayne County, in the Detroit metropolitan area, in the State of Michigan. The population was 57,774 at the 2010 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 11.75 square miles (30.43 km2), of which 11.74 square miles (30.41 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) is water. The southern portion of the city is in the watershed of the north branch of the Ecorse Creek (also known as Ecorse River). The area surrounding the Ecorse is subject to flooding.
