Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- train, and supervise staff members
- Drive sales by providing excellent customer service
- Oversee shift management and ensure smooth store operations
- Implement training for team members
Requirements
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in multilingual abilities being a plus
- Demonstrated ability manage, and lead a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
- Prior experience in shift management
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
