Full, Part Time or Seasonal positions available
Job Description & Highlights:
- Working on the water amongst Lake Champlain, Lake George, and the Adirondacks
- Working on and around workboats, barges, excavators, and cranes
- Working amongst a 2-5 person team installing waterfront products and learning the various aspects of our service business.
- Work with a 2-5 person team installing waterfront products and learning the various aspects of our services

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Good mechanical aptitude to learn product assembly / installation means & methods
- Basic knowledge of hand tools (tape measure, wrenches, speed square , level, etc.)
- Consistency, Motivated and Reliability
- Lifting 75 – 100 lbs. and working on diverse waterfront sites that are often are physically demanding
- Adhere and Promote to Company Safety procedures and policies
- Valid drivers license (a plus but not required)
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00/hr. (based on experience and skill set)
Customer Service & Administrative Assistant
Job Description & Highlights:
The Dock Doctors is a Vermont based marine manufacturer and waterfront service company seeking a highly motivated candidate to work closely with our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, familiar with a small office but fast paced environment and comfortable communicating with customers in person, on the phone and through email. Our product line and diverse business structure provides the opportunity for growth and additional responsibilities within the company thus offering advancement. - Distribute incoming phone calls and online sales and service inquiries; includes assisting existing customers with replacement part and component needs.
- Support our growing E-Commerce sector; includes assisting customers with navigating our website, communicating on shipping and logistics, handling product returns and other customer-related questions.
- Assist with showroom and point-of-sale for stock products & accessories.
- Generate sales estimates using OrderTime for stock product & accessories.
- Monitor and schedule customer site visits / consultations for sales team.
- Depending on the on the time of year / season; there will be needs and opportunity to support additional small business functions such as processing new stock orders, updating our annual mailing list, learn how to complete permit applications for projects, assist with scheduling curbside deliveries and product pick-ups, data entry for inventory adjustments and generating customer invoices.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
