Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive document control system for efficient storage, retrieval, and management of company documents, including technical manuals, policies, procedures, and other relevant materials.
• Review, format, and edit documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather, verify, and update document information.
• Track and monitor document revisions, ensuring that the latest versions are accessible to relevant team members.
• Manage the distribution and control of both electronic and hard-copy documents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of document control processes, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Train staff on document control processes and procedures as necessary.
• Perform regular audits of the document control system to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; further education in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in document control, records management, or a similar role, preferably within the IT or computer repair industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
