Document Control Analyst administers document and record control operations, policies, and procedures for the secure management and access of company information assets. Maintains and enforces security protocols for the access, storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all documents. Being a Document Control Analyst evaluates media formats and follows storage requirements to protect and secure records/information. Analyzes access and control procedures to comply with requirements for varying levels of security classifications specified by the governing authority. Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to be based out of the New Bedford- Flaherty manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will report to the OPEX/Receiving Manager. This position will play an important role in daily and monthly cycle counts as well as ensuring timely payments to our suppliers through their part of the receiving process. They will work cross-functionally with teams such as Procurement, Operations, Receiving, Distribution, Quality, Production Planning and Accounts Payable all with a focus on continuous improvement to achieve Atkore’s daily production targets and satisfy our customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of inventory control experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. A minimum of a high school diploma. Preferably Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree. They will have a strong understanding of Microsoft excel, word, outlook, Basware, and knowledge of JDE or other warehouse management systems. Strong communication skills are extremely important. The ability to maintain work on a timely schedule and ability to adapt to situations. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.
