Document Control Analyst administers document and record control operations, policies, and procedures for the secure management and access of company information assets. Maintains and enforces security protocols for the access, storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all documents. Being a Document Control Analyst evaluates media formats and follows storage requirements to protect and secure records/information. Analyzes access and control procedures to comply with requirements for varying levels of security classifications specified by the governing authority. Additionally, Document Control Analyst performs auditing, monitoring, and change control systems to May require a bachelor's degree. May require security clearance. Typically reports to a manager.     What You'll Be Doing

    Job Scope : Generally responsible for document management for projects and personnel. This work will be performed under general supervision.

    Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

    Document management of electronic files for distribution which may include converting between different software packages, printing, scanning and / or copying.

    This requires the use of the Newforma Project Center (training provided).

    Researching files and records to locate appropriate documents as requested by other personnel.

    Responding to client requests of all types.

    Generating activity reports as required by the project managers.

    Assisting the project managers with administrative tasks as necessary.

    Ideal Background

    Education : High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Advanced coursework is preferred.

    Experience : This position requires 5 years of relevant industrial experience in document control and administration.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Knowledge and application of company standards.

    Knowledge of CAOSHA and Title 8 Regulations preferred.

    Knowledge of engineering document control standards.

    Knowledge and understanding of construction plans and diagrams.

    Knowledge of large-scale scanner and plotter operation.

    Ability to organize effectively.

    Extreme attention to detail.

    Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Exceptional customer service skills and ability to comply with client procedures.

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.

    Below is the range that we in good faith believe is the potential compensation for this role at the time of this posting and is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.

    The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Hargrove’s total compensation package for Teammates.

    Actual compensation will be based on education, experience, skill set and location.

    Minimum Salary : $35.00 per hour

    Maximum Salary : $50.00 per hour
