Key Responsibilities:

• Area of Coverage: Manage employees and customers across various locations within the Greater Springfield Area.
• Training New Employees: Train and mentor new cleaning staff, ensuring they understand cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Follow-up Up on Customer Service Requests: Address customer service requests promptly and ensure resolutions meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Inspecting Employees' Work: Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or janitorial industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
