We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Controller to join our team in the technology industry. As a Permanent Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in plant controller, ERP, costing, and other relevant skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage the month-end close process, including preparing financial statements and reports
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis
• Develop and implement cost accounting processes to ensure accurate product costing
• Manage and maintain the ERP system, ensuring that it is operating efficiently and effectively
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in plant controller, ERP, and costing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs
