Document Imaging Operator jobs in Newark, NJ

Essential/Key Areas of Responsibility

• Prepare documents for scanning by removing all binding elements (paper clips, staples, etc.)
• Insert document separator sheets when applicable.

• Scan documents utilizing high speed duplex scanners and large format scanners.
• Audit and Quality Check scanned document images.

Requirements

• Experience with prepping and scanning documents
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills and Proficiency.

• Knowledge of document prepping and scanning process.
• Knowledge of scanning software. (Kofax Software a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environment

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
