An employee of Watson Well Drilling job description is fairly broad. We operate 3-5 crews daily ranging from drilling a new well to installing a new water system or maintaining and repairing an existing system. We work on residential, commercial, municipal and irrigation systems. New hires are trained on site. Skills that will be taught are plumbing, electrical, excavating, trouble shooting of systems ranging from fractional horsepower to 60hp pumps or larger. Any experience in these fields are great but not required. Our line of work is unique in the fact that no system or job is the same, so being diverse and adaptable is a must!

Requirements for job: Able to pass drug test, good driving record and able to obtain a CDL test Watson Well Drilling will help you achieve once hired if you do not already have. Having a Class A CDL is a BONUS!
