    The Value You Provide:

    • Experience in industrial or heavy equipment maintenance
    • Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
    • Knowledge of how to safely operate cranes, power tools, hoists, and hand tools
    • You have large quality collection of tools for performing repairs
    • You think for yourself. We like that! You use your judgment, knowledge, and experience to solve everyday problems and make decisions. You’re capable enough not to need permission or direction at every fork in the road, but you’re also willing to consult with others when their informed input is needed.
    • You enjoy working outdoors and getting to travel for work (1-3 nights a week on some months and local / shop work on others)
    • You’ve earned a high school diploma or GED and
    • Have a current valid driver’s license

    Even Better (but not required) If:

    • You have Advanced technical or college training
