The IOPS Manufacturing Supply Chain Department at Regeneron is growing! Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Be part of an integral team that gets products to patients. Areas of expertise include:

• Supply Planning & Reporting: this group focuses on the planning process to establish standards and practices for a model supply chain, including developing policies, procedures and techniques for Commercial and Clinical programs. They lead the execution of master production scheduling (MPS), demand management and inventory management for assigned programs, and completing data analytics that impact overall supply chain projects. Creation of data content for the Integrated Product Supply planning processes and analyzing the metrics to identify gaps, improve service levels, reduce waste and improve the value chain efficiency are also part of the daily functions
• Structures & Systems: this group supports Data Governance by creating processes, standards and metrics to ensure effective use of business information. This group works cross functionally and focuses on various forms of information and includes both Planning and GxP data. They will work closely on an enterprise project team implementing an advanced planning system.
• Supply Operations: this group manages all vital activities to receive and fulfill customer’s orders in a timely fashion to ensure patients’ needs are met. Analysts will collaborate closely with internal and external groups to facilitate product disposition of Clinical & Commercial DS/FDS & DP/LDP and ensure product availability. They also coordinate delivery of products from the tolling/local site that meets quality, customer service and cost requirements in line with service agreements and supports day-to-day effective partner relationship management.
• Warehouse & Logistics: this group provides on the floor leadership and is responsible for the receipt, documentation, and movement of inventory and non-inventory items within the plant and from outside sources. This position also performs transportation, labeling and shipping functions as needed.

Each position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science and additional related years’ experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Associate Analyst: 0-2 years Supply Chain Management experience
• Analyst: 2 years Supply Chain Management experience
• Senior Analyst: 5 years Supply Chain Management experience

Nice to haves:

• Master’s degree in related area
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cGMP experience
• APICS, CPIM, SCOR-P, CPSM or other related Supply Chain certifications
