    Job Overview
    As a Talent Experience Specialist, you will be a critical bridge between our organization and our most valuable asset: our people. Your mission is to create an exceptional experience for candidates, interns, new hires, and existing employees. This is a hybrid role, requiring an in-office presence two to three days per week, with additional in-office days as needed. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent programs with a goal to ensure new hire success from initial talent attraction through selection, fostering engagement, and ensuring that everyone feels connected, supported, and motivated.
    Responsibilities

    1. Candidate Care:
    • Sourcing and Screening: Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate experience from initial engagement through the selection process.
    • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from candidates and continuously improve our deliberate candidate experience through the recruitment processes.
    2. New Hire Onboarding Experience:
    • Orientation and Integration: Design and execute a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Guide new hires through the process and assess day-1 readiness.
    • Welcome Programs: Create warm welcome experiences, including introductions to team members, company culture, and organizational values.
    • Help Ensure Hew Hire Success: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive New Hire Engagement strategy that aligns with the company's precise values, and business objectives.
    • Coach hiring managers around best practices for successful candidate care, new hire onboarding and new employee engagement.
    3. New Employee Experience:
    • First Impressions: Ensure that new employees feel valued and supported from day one. Utilize data analytics and employee feedback mechanisms to track and measure the effectiveness of new employee experience and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Engagement Initiatives: Develop programs to integrate new employees into the company culture. Coach hiring managers around best practices for successful candidate care, new hire onboarding and new employee engagement. Pair new hires with mentors or buddies to facilitate their transition.
    • Monitor Industry Trends and best practices related new hire experience and employee engagement, incorporating innovative ideas into our organizational culture.
    4. Internship and Early Career Programs:
    • Internship Experience: Oversee internship programs, including recruitment, project assignments, and mentorship. Organize events to connect interns and early-career employees with senior leaders.
    • Early Career Development: Create pathways for early-career professionals to grow within the organization.
    • Networking Events: Establishing relationships with select universities and trade schools to fuel attraction of early career talent and collaborate with TA to fill open internships.
    5. Employee Engagement:
    • Surveys and Feedback: Contribute to regular engagement surveys to assess employee satisfaction.
    • Alumni Program: Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate alumni program aimed at maintaining connections with former employees and leveraging their expertise, insights, and networks.
    6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • HR Partnerships: Collaborate closely with HR teams to align talent experience initiatives with overall HR strategy.
    • Leadership Engagement: Engage with senior leaders to gain buy-in and support for talent programs.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure a holistic approach to talent experience.
    Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
    • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, or related roles.
    • Familiarity with onboarding processes, internship programs, and early career development.
    • Prior work experience in HR Coordination or TA Coordination and Talent Acquisition
    • Skills:
    • Proven communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to influence and drive positive change.
    • Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
    • Able to focus and multi-task in a busy environment. Ability to successfully handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
    • Self-Starter with the ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
