Drywall Installer plans, installs, and repairs drywalls to cover walls, ceilings, soffits, shafts, and movable partitions in residential and commercial areas. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Drywall Installer may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Drywall Installer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Company ApparelThe duties & responsibilities of this position are to learn and apply the construction methods of Leingang Home Center and to represent the company in a professional manner in installation of our products on clients' homes. This includes professional conduct and appearance as well as adhering to the company’s Core Beliefs. General knowledge of construction is helpful with the ability to use a tape measure and climb ladders to perform work on multiple-story buildings. Must be able to work well in a team, and follow directions given by lead foremen.
Work in Pierre and surrounding areas.
