Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management:
• Process weekly payroll accurately and timely for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Handle payroll inquiries and discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency.
• Accounting Tasks:
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end, quarterly and yearly closing procedures.
• Maintain the integrity of our financial records through meticulous account reconciliation and journal entry postings.
• General Duties:
• Perform HR duties regarding employee benefits and payroll-related matters.
• Assist with on-boarding of new employees, to include E-Verify.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
• Provide administrative support to the finance and executive teams.
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in payroll processing and general accounting functions.
• Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., Plexxis) or payroll software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
