Job Summary:

As the Front Office Supervisor, you will be the face of our NEW dual-branded Homewood Suites and Tru by Hilton property, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and positive experience. You will play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty by overseeing the guest services team and managing the overall guest experience, with a primary focus on serving as the Evening Manager on Duty.

Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

• Ensure all guest interactions are positive and memorable, addressing and resolving any guest issues promptly and effectively.
• Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, including personalized services and amenities.

Night Manager on Duty:

• Oversee hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring all departments function smoothly and guest needs are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests during the night, handling check-ins, check-outs, and any guest inquiries or issues.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed during the night shift.

Operational Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest services department, ensuring compliance with Hilton standards and maintaining operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and inspire the guest services team to embody Hilton's values, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance and guest service skills.

Guest Feedback and Improvement:

• Monitor and analyze guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions.
• Implement improvements based on feedback to enhance the guest experience continuously.

Financial Acumen:

• Assist in managing the guest services budget, including labor costs and guest amenities, ensuring a balance between quality and profitability.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining the integrity of the physical property and protecting staff and guests.
• Conduct regular safety and emergency response training for the guest services team.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing new technologies and methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement new guest programs and services that align with Hilton's commitment to excellence.

Community and Brand Engagement:

• Promote brand loyalty and community involvement, aligning with Hilton's commitment to global hospitality and service.
• Represent the property at community events and with local organizations.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of hotel operations, particularly in guest services.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
