Develops and manages organizational changes needed to meet goals involving e-business strategies. Being an E-Business Development Manager identifies potential business partners and negotiates agreements. May coordinate and negotiate with various departments including product development, marketing and/or sales group. Additionally, E-Business Development Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a top management. The E-Business Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
As a Business Development Manager you'll be a part of a winning team and high performing service organization that our clients have grown to rely on. By using a consultative approach, you'll help them identify how our bundled solution of HR products and services empower their business to thrive. We're looking for candidates that are excellent at self-generating leads, building relationships, and demonstrating the value that our partnership brings to Hawaii's employers.
The base compensation for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance based commissions/bonuses. The commission/bonus payout is between $70,000.00 and $90,000.00 annually when performing within the target range.
