Exciting Opportunity for Licensed Therapists in Texas!

Start Talking is excited to announce a unique opportunity for licensed therapists in the Dallas and Austin areas. We are seeking qualified behavioral health professionals to provide on-site counseling services at the Charles Schwab location for one to two days a week.

Position Details:

• Location: Charles Schwab headquarters in
• Schedule: One to two days a week
• Hours: 8 or 16 hours per week, guaranteed, whether or not all time slots are filled
• Pay: $64 per hour
• Licensure: Must hold a current license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or other related behavioral health provider.

What We Offer:

• Guaranteed Pay: Whether you fill all the appointment slots or not, you will be guaranteed payment for either 8 or 16 hours per week.
• Flexible Schedule: Work one or two days per week at a convenient, on-site location.
• Competitive Compensation: Earn $80 per hour for your professional services

Requirements:

• Active licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or other relevant licensed behavioral health provider.
• Strong clinical skills in individual therapy and mental health counseling.
• Ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to employees seeking support.
• Must reside in the Dallas area, Texas
• Start Date is Jan
