To be a eCommerce Customer Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Join our team in the growing position of a Graphics & Ecommerce Manager. Corporate Image Group specializes in partnering with the hospitality industry to display their brand on a variety of approved products. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

    • Oversee the management of brand assets for our various customers.
    • Schedule workload production across the team of designers.
    • Manage our Ecommerce platforms; design and set up layout, manage product updates, ensure all tools function as they should.
    • Ensure artwork leaving the department is ready for final production and free of any errors and/or specification variance.
    • Expected to build structure and best practices within the department, as well as liaise with other areas to ensure alignment across the organization.
    • Complete variable data requests to support our stores platforms.
    • Establish metrics for productivity, time service and quality for all positions within the department. Collect/analyze data and test solutions for process improvements and find opportunities for cost savings.
    • Balance quality and creative thinking with speedy and efficient work turnover.
    • Compose, retouch and recreate existing artwork as needed to ensure the brand standards of our customers is met.
    • Set and maintain a standard for consistency across artwork and printed material elements.
    • Monitor work queues within the department to ensure that customer expectations are met on daily basis. Provide updates on order processing progress as needed.
    • Develop written procedures for new and or existing processes.
    • Establish and oversee quality review on art errors within the department to ensure imprint consistency and quality. Provide training, as necessary.
