    Duties

    Reporting to the CEO, the Manager of eCommerce will be pivotal in expanding our digital footprint and enhancing our online sales channels. Your responsibilities will include:


    • Contributing to the design of and executing strategies for digital sales growth and e-commerce market presence. 
    • Conducting regular analysis of e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Managing online inventory, including overseeing stock levels, product listings, and pricing strategies.
    • Coordination with cross-functional counterparts to develop and execute a marketing and eCommerce strategy.
    • Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
    • Coordinating with the operations and production team to optimize supply chain and fulfillment processes for online orders.
    • Ensuring a high-quality and engaging online shopping experience for customers, including Eastside Golf's unique brand identity.
    • Consistently interact with stakeholders, technology partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure cohesive e-commerce operations.

    Requirements

    For the Manager, eCommerce role at Eastside Golf, we are seeking a candidate who embodies the following qualifications:


    • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce within a retail environment, preferably in the apparel industry.
    • Proven ability to manage online retail business with a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce technologies.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Shopify Certification or ability to complete Shopify Foundations.
    • Experience with ERP systems like Sync or other fashion apparel related systems (e.g., NetSuite, Aims2360).
    • Proficiency in customer service platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics software.
    • Effective communication skills for articulating digital strategies clearly and engagingly.
    • Growth mindset with an eye for identifying new e-commerce opportunities and trends.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain and fulfillment processes specific to online retail.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in the dynamic e-commerce landscape.
    • Availability to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.
