Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our systems, products, and services.
• Investigate payment-related issues, including refunds, chargebacks, and voided transactions.
• Document customer interactions using the company’s proprietary ticketing system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues.
• Help create and maintain knowledge-based articles related to technical and payment issues.
• Stay current with company product updates and industry-specific skills.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Install new equipment and systems for customers.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented tech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend technical and payment-related issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (or similar) applications, specifically Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Familiarity with payment processing concepts.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
