Work Arrangement: In-person Job Summary The Education Specialist provides educational services to enhance integration of new arrival adult clients and their children. The Education Specialist works within IRC providing a range of supportive services to meet clients’ educational needs. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and teaching necessary educational classes, including cultural orientation, job readiness training, as well as transit training instruction. The position will also connect adult clients to external English language educational services as needed. Additionally, the Education Specialist will outreach to community resources and providers to connect clients and enrich the classroom learning experience.
