Job Summary: The Employment and Educational Opportunity Specialist develops, implements, and ensures compliance with Title II, Title VII, Title IX, Section 504, and other equal opportunity laws at the state and federal levels. In serving as the Title IX investigator and coordinator this position assists the office of the assistant superintendent in receiving and investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment related to students to determine violations of policies; making recommendations for findings and resolutions; assisting with the protocols and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal laws and board of education policy.
Salary: Grade 7: $75,895.46 - $106,594.38 DOE
