You’ll assist in the process of preparing essential data to government agencies like the OFCCP. Armed with advanced Excel skills, you’ll gather and compile workforce data and assist in uncovering trends. The EEO Compliance Data Specialist works with the Sr Dir, EEO/Regulatory Compliance to manage and execute the Company's Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action obligations. The position is responsible for assisting with project management specific to nationwide compliance with these statutory and regulatory obligations.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Gather, compile, and assist in analyzing data necessary for external (government, outside counsel, etc.) and internal (HR, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.) EEO compliance, reporting, and monitoring. Prepare monthly employee/applicant data files in support of Federal/State EEO requirements.
Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to leadership and other stakeholders.
Assist in compiling data for OFCCP audit requests and FCC filing and audits.
Compile Outreach activities/events for review.
Assist with other Projects/Assignments as needed specific to EEO Compliance.
Perform other duties as requested.
