Develops diversity training curriculum and monitors changes in governmental laws and regulation to ensure that training stays current. Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our full time Fitness Trainer position.
In this role, you will be responsible for motivating and encouraging participants to reach their full potential in terms of fitness and overall wellbeing. Supports the Fitness Director in coordinating all events of the fitness and recreational programs, including initiating and implementing individual and group exercise programs and recreational programs, maintaining standards of safety, and managing quality improvement by updating programming to stay current with industry trends.
