Being a EEO Trainer designs and tracks metrics to measure the effectiveness of training on the workforce. May be responsible for working with outside vendors to deliver training. Additionally, EEO Trainer requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The EEO Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We are seeking a Software Trainer who is ready to leverage their learned medical/clinical experience and transition in a more technical and coaching direction in a healthcare environment. In this role, the successful individual will develop and execute training plans, training materials, and classes to provide software instruction to the organization’s employees. From early on, the Software Trainer responsibilities will range from developing training materials and to project work. Our ideal hire will be capable of developing high‐level knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications and possess excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
