IAG’s mandate is to preserve and grow the legacy of those iconic artists. Summary: The Manager, Investments will play a pivotal part in the end-to-end investment process from initial due diligence through deal close. In this role you will collaborate with team members across the organization to support the execution and evaluation of strategic investment opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities across IP rights (sound recording, music publishing, trademarks, and name, image and likeness)
- Drive all aspects of the investment process, including conducting detailed financial analysis and modeling, analyzing historical royalty earnings, forecasting future cash flows, and leading financial due diligence efforts
- Develop and present strategic and financial analysis to the leadership team
- Collaborate with team members across key functions (legal, creative development, streaming, synch, audience growth) to support the deal execution process
- Interface with external stakeholders throughout the diligence and financing workstreams
- Periodic review of existing deal performance
- Build deep understanding of key partners / payors
- Run ad hoc data analysis on key strategic questions that help accelerate the growth of the business
- Institutionalize industry insight and intelligence across key market segments
Qualifications:
- Passion for music
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate finance
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and strong financial technical skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
The compensation range for this role is: $120K - $140K annually depending upon experience.
Our offices are located in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, CA. Employees work in the office Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays. We offer a very competitive benefits package, annual bonus, and a creative and dynamic working environment.
