The Opportunity

Join our team as an EH&S Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in monitoring and enhancing our safety and environmental programs. Your efforts will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations, while fostering a safe and sustainable workplace. This permanent position will report to the EH&S Manager and the duties and skills include but are not limited to the following;

• Train employees on safety and company policies.
• Conduct hazard analysis and support safety improvements.
• Maintain compliance calendars and monitor EHS training.
• Keep detailed records of OSHA logs and incidents.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and incident investigations.
• Inspect work areas for regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety and environmental audits.
• Prepare environmental reports and coordinate audits.
  
  

Skills

The Skills you will bring to the team

• Degree preferred; 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Flexibility to support all shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and data interpretation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in computer skills (email, record keeping, database management).
• Commitment to safety and proactive team efforts.
• Ability and willingness to spend significant portion of day on the production floor.
