Role Summary/Purpose
The 10-week summer internship program being offered by Dresser Utility Solutions is designed to give students the opportunity for career exploration and development in chosen fields of study. This will give the intern the opportunity to use skills learned in his/her degree programs and the chance to learn new skills. The Operations Engineering Intern will use “lean” methodology and concepts to learn Dresser Utility Solutions’ processes (value streams). From the Value Stream Mapping process, the intern will highlight problem areas and then use specific lean tools to impactfully solve specific problems.
